We understand the importance of having complete information available to you to make changes to your reservation. Therefore, we have provided details of our cancellation and date change policy below, along with any applicable fees. Cancellation & Date Change Policy
Cancellations 1 Month or More Prior to Arrival; 30 Days.
CHARGE: 10% Reservation Total + No Additional Fees
*Remaining Balance Refunded by Original Payment Method or Camping Credit
Cancellations 2 Weeks Prior to Arrival; 15 – 29 Days.
CHARGE: 25% Reservation Total + No Additional Fees
*Remaining Balance Refunded by Original Payment Method or Camping Credit
Cancellations 1 Week Prior to Arrival; 8 – 14 Days.
CHARGE: 50% Reservation Total + No Additional Fees
*Remaining Balance Available as Camping Credit Only.
*Camping Credit Valid for three months; beginning the first day of the new month after cancellation.
Cancellations Less Than 1 Week Prior to Arrival; Day Of Arrival – 7 Days.

We are delighted that you have chosen to stay at our campground! To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we would like to remind you that we will hold your reserved spot until 12:00 pm the day after your scheduled arrival date. If you anticipate arriving later than noon, kindly inform us in advance so that we can mark your spot as “Arriving Late” instead of “No Show” and ensure it is still available upon your arrival. We don’t want you to lose your reserved spot or any fees paid, so please do let us know beforehand. This policy applies to all campsite rentals, so you can rest assured that your spot is secure.
If your arrival date changes, please let us know daily to ensure your reservation remains intact. Thank you for choosing our park.
We are unable to offer refunds for weather-related conditions, including rain and normal river fluctuations. However, depending on how far in advance you cancel, you may be eligible for camping credit in accordance with our Cancellation and Date Change Policy. In the event of major flooding resulting in a mandated evacuation or park closure, please contact our office to discuss available options.

If a reservation is modified to exclude a night or campsite, it is considered a cancellation. It is important to note that any modifications made to a reservation may result in extra fees or the loss of a deposit, depending on the date of change and scheduled arrival date.
